A creative tasting-menu restaurant tucked near the Deutsches Museum, playing on its own name by being genuinely hard to spot. Inside, the room is relaxed and modern without trying too hard, which lets a six-to-eight course surprise menu do the talking. The kitchen rotates the whole thing every two weeks, built around pairings that lean into contrast rather than comfort. Service is attentive but never stiff, and the wine suggestions are worth following.
