    Sirajkhana is a Tbilisi restaurant built around the idea that Georgian and Persian cooking were always meant to share a table, and the owners did their homework in old newspapers and with wine historians to prove it. Expect a menu designed for passing plates around a big group, a serious wine list, and a one-toque nod from Gault&Millau. It's a dinner with homework behind it, though the homework is edible.
