Three tilting wooden structures on a Bangkok Noi canal, spotted from a longtail boat and painstakingly restored into a five-bedroom private villa. The team turned earthenware jars into scoop showers and built a jazz bar with crystal chandeliers from salvaged timber. Monks pass each morning collecting alms; The White Lotus cast has slept here. It's the kind of place where the history isn't decorative, it's structural.
