A 19th-century manor house set into the terraced vineyards of the Douro Valley, this Six Senses resort does the whole package: honey-stone architecture, rooms with private balconies over the vines, a spa built around the brand's holistic thing, and a wine library stocked with local ports. The kitchen pulls from the property's own gardens. Outside, a long pool sits squarely in the middle of it all, in case the scenery wasn't already doing enough work.
