Piero Lissoni designed the 45 suites here, which keeps things boutique in a town that has never once heard the word. The building is mostly private residences, so the hotel sits quiet above the Cancun bustle, with a private beach, marina, spa, and pool that feel sized for a place four times larger. Sandy wood tones and deep-blue textiles do their best to remind you the Caribbean is right there, though the Caribbean handles that reminder on its own.
