Soba Roujina
Noodles
A small soba shop where the chef named the place after a Russian word for "hometown," though he admits he just liked the sound of it. He grinds his own buckwheat on a stone mill he built himself and serves it as juwari soba, pure buckwheat, no blending. A selection of small dishes means lunch can stretch into an afternoon drink if the mood allows. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand.
