Sobajuu
Japanese
Buckwheat shows up in every course here, not as a theme but as a genuine obsession. Sobajuu is a small Japanese tasting restaurant where the chef works through the grain in every form he can find: soba rolls with tuna and seaweed, galettes in the French style, grilled fish alongside. The space is modern but quietly cozy, and the plating is precise enough that you notice someone is trying very hard, in the best way a kitchen can.
