Getting a reservation here is reportedly harder than anywhere else in Thailand, which tells you something before you've even sat down. Sorn is a fine dining restaurant built around Southern Thai cooking, driven by chef Supaksorn Jongsiri's memories of his grandmother's kitchen. The spice is unapologetic, the pacing is precise, and the kitchen sends dishes timed to the degree. It holds three Michelin stars and a spot on the World's 50 Best.
