A small, unfussy restaurant in Teramo's historic centre, close enough to the medieval cathedral that you can hear the bells. The chef trained under Niko Romito and channels that rigour into contemporary Abruzzese cooking, coaxing something refined out of peasant staples without making them feel ashamed of their origins. Two tasting menus lean heavily on meat, though the vegetable work quietly steals the show.
