Trees grow through the five-story central atrium, which tells you this hotel is going for something. Stamba occupies a 1930s publishing house in Tbilisi, and the post-industrial bones, leather headboards, brass fixtures, and weathered textures have been left largely intact. The Pink Bar with its crystal chandelier and the café draw as many locals as guests, which is usually a good sign. It holds a Michelin Key.
