The DJ booth is the tell: this is a cocktail bar pitched somewhere between a steakhouse and a nightclub, with indoor cherry blossom trees and a pink-purple palette that makes the whole thing feel like a mood board escaped into real life. It lives inside the ME London hotel on the Strand. The crowd dresses accordingly, and the drinks lean bold and photogenic, which here is less a criticism than a description.
