The chandeliers are made from repurposed wine and cocktail glasses, which tells you something about the room before you've even sat down. Sucre is a Latin American and Mediterranean restaurant set in a former concert hall in Soho, all high ceilings and ornate bones, with an open parrilla doing the heavy lifting on the menu. The team is genuinely charming, the flavors run bold, and the pre-theatre menu makes an evening in the West End feel almost affordable.
