    There are no posted hours, no website, and no reservation link because Sugalabo doesn't want strangers walking in. The chef trained under Joël Robuchon for sixteen years, and his Japanese-French counter dining is available strictly by introduction from an existing regular, a custom called ichigensan okotowari. Find a friend who already has a seat, and then you can worry about the food.
