No sign on the door, no name on the window, just a narrow counter bar in Eixample where the kitchen is close enough to watch the yakitori grill smoke. Suru runs on Japanese technique, seasonal produce from the Ninot market across the street, and a cheerful willingness to char the parts of the animal most menus quietly omit. The wine list is long for a room this small, and offal skeptics tend to leave converted.
