TA-KUMI
Japanese
A sushi bar anchors the ground floor, with two dining rooms stacked above it and a private room tucked away for groups, all done in a clean contemporary style that feels very Salamanca. This is a polished Japanese restaurant, part of a small group with outposts on the Costa del Sol, and the à la carte runs long. The nigiri, hot and cold, arrive outside the set menu, which is either a bonus or a mild puzzle depending on how you like to order.
