Seven thousand light bulbs and an actual hot-air balloon dangle from the ceiling, which tells you most of what you need to know about the mood. This is Dani García's casual Madrid restaurant, a share-everything kind of place where Andalusian roots get scrambled into something more globe-trotting. The room, styled by Lázaro Rosa-Violán, is theatrical in the best chaotic way, and the food keeps pace without taking itself too seriously.
