A soba and tempura restaurant in Yushima where the name itself is a wish that you eat your fill. The kitchen leans into Edo-era tradition, shiba shrimp skewered and fried in a style that predates the reclamation of the bay where those shrimp once swam. The omakase lets you lean into pure tempura or fold in small dishes around it, depending on your appetite and your mood.
