The building was Pano Lefkara's central market before the Danish owners gutted it and turned it into a 15-room adults-only boutique hotel, and the resulting aesthetic, somewhere between Copenhagen restraint and Cypriot warmth, holds together better than it has any right to. Guests gather at the all-day bistro and the jazz lounge next door, or drift around the saltwater courtyard pool while the lace-making village does its thing just outside. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
