    Named after a secret society that once met in these same Cathedral Quarter lanes, this Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant in Belfast operates with the energy of a buzzy bistro rather than the hush you might expect. The open kitchen clatters, the team is visibly thrilled to be there, and the tasting menu reads almost deceptively spare, just two or three ingredients per dish, before the cooking makes its argument on the plate.
