High West's own distillery runs this tasting-menu dinner inside a small cottage on Park Ave., where a company ambassador pairs each course with a whiskey pour and everyone eats in lockstep. You start on the patio with sips and snacks, then move inside for the full meal. The kitchen leans toward game and local fish, and the whiskey is, naturally, the whole point of being here.
