Old film posters and mismatched paraphernalia cover every wall of this Chelsea gastropub, which takes its name literally enough to put an actual pig's ear on the menu. The bar gets busy, so regulars tend to slip through to the Blue Room or up to the panelled first-floor dining room when they want to settle in. Solidly British, pleasantly worn-in, and exactly as chaotic as the name suggests.
