    A private island sitting just off Doha's coast, connected to the city by a single bridge, which does a lot of work keeping the mood undisturbed. The St. Regis is a luxury hotel where the suites run to vast marble and skyline views, the interiors mix Qatari heritage with Andalusian detailing, and the artwork is the kind you stop to look at twice. Ten restaurants and a Longevity Hub round out what is, by any measure, a lot of hotel.
