    The indoor pool sits under a glass enclosure that tricks you into thinking you're outside, which is a neat trick for a luxury hotel in the middle of one of the most densely packed cities on earth. Rooms run large, the lobby runs larger, and personal space is treated less as an amenity than a guiding philosophy. Business travelers use it as a base for the Jing'an commercial district, a short walk away.
