The Thomas Cubitt
British
A Belgravia pub that swapped its exterior walls for floor-to-ceiling glass, so the neighborhood gets a good look at you nursing a pint among antlers and stuffed game birds. Inside, taupe-green panelling and distressed oak floors nail the modern gastropub brief so thoroughly it almost feels like the genre invented itself here. The kitchen leans British and serious, which means the crowd in the leather seats tends to as well.
