The room is shaped like a ship's bow, with arched windows on two sides flooding the zinc and marble tops with light. This gastropub on a quiet Pimlico corner has the feel of a country kitchen that wandered into the city and decided to stay, all painted panelling, oak floors, and stripped pine shutters in creamy, pastel tones. The name is borrowed straight from the address, but the setting more than compensates for the lack of imagination.
