    Cork walls, terrazzo floors pieced together from offcuts, and reclaimed furniture that looks deliberate rather than cheap set the tone at this design-forward Rotterdam hotel just off Witte de Withstraat. Rooms run terracotta and earthy, with little built-in terrariums doing quiet work in the corners. The U Bar and a Mind Gym mean locals drift through regularly, which keeps the lobby from feeling like a waiting room.
