    Around 500 whiskey labels line the shelves at this low-key east side lounge, with bottles coming in from Japan, Scotland, Ireland, Canada, and well beyond Kentucky. The Novaks built the place around a near-singular devotion to amber spirits, but there are wines and cocktails for anyone who just tagged along. Small plates and live jazz on weekends keep things from feeling too reverent about the whole thing.
