    A snug cocktail bar just west of the Bishop Arts District where a Bob Ross shrine evolved organically after a bartender put him on TV one day and a regular asked why he'd vanished the next. The drinks are taken seriously but never solemnly—try a properly made mai tai or the tongue-in-cheek House Shot, and hit happy hour Tuesday through Saturday for half-price cocktails.
