Tiradito
Nikkei Peruvian
Most of the seating wraps around a Tetris-shaped open kitchen, which tells you immediately what kind of place this is: a snack bar built for watching the cooks, not lingering over a bottle. The palette runs aqua and salmon, the vibe is tropical without trying too hard, and the food is Nikkei Peruvian, meaning Japanese technique folded into Peruvian flavors. Small plates, bold colors, a lively crowd, and a tiradito that earned the restaurant its name.
