A gourmet bistro tucked just off Rue Saint Dominique, where a Michelin star sits comfortably alongside an atmosphere that never feels like it's trying to earn one. The chef came up through the Meurice and Taillevent before landing here with a philosophy that's essentially "good ingredients, kept honest." The cooking is modern French with a loose grip, market-led and unfussy in the way that takes considerably more skill than it lets on.
