Exposed brick and heavy wooden beams give this Chamberí restaurant its industrial bones, though the kitchen has more wanderlust than the decor suggests. The chef came up through London and Mexico City, and the menu reflects that restlessness, local and seasonal produce handled with a contemporary looseness that stops short of showing off. The room bills itself as a "playful space with a little interventionist mentality," which is either a manifesto or a warning, depending on your mood.
