This intimate Ebisu spot moves from nori-wrapped breast and minced chicken spring rolls through wonton soup and char-grilled duck, closing with chicken bone broth over rice. The grill work is the standout, the birds scorched over high flame on a wire net rather than skewered. Nothing from the bird goes unaccounted for.
