The kitchen, guided by Gorka Txapartegui of Hondarribia's Alameda, runs a contemporary Mediterranean menu that leans hard on what the island actually grows and fishes. The terrace, unhurried and shaded, makes it easy to lose track of how many courses you've ordered.
