Named for the local stone woven into its interior, Tosca is a modern Mediterranean restaurant with a terrace that looks out over a canal lined with pleasure boats, which does the atmosphere no harm at all. The kitchen updates classic regional cooking with a light hand, and you can order à la carte or work through one of two tasting menus, the longer of which comes with a wine-pairing option for the whole table.
