A Michelin-starred spot steps from Arenal beach where the menu doesn't quite exist in the usual sense: daily market specials, especially fresh fish, live outside it entirely, while a seven-course tasting menu anchors the other end. The couple behind it trained with Quique Dacosta, and that Mediterranean foundation gets a quiet northern Spanish inflection throughout. Half-portions are available so the table can graze broadly, which the regulars clearly do.
