Toshokan seats a handful of guests in a tiny soundproofed room for nigiri that leans playful, a spicy margarita riff on hamachi, wagyu evoking steak and eggs. It's a Michelin Guide selection that also happens to be the least self-serious omakase in Texas, possibly anywhere.
