The name nods to the toy factory that once occupied the building, just off the old walled approach to Dénia's castle. This is a tasting-menu restaurant where an Italian chef folds local Marina Alta produce into contemporary Italian cooking, running three menus of varying length and ambition. The result plays seriously with texture and form while keeping the food recognizably Italian at heart, which is either comforting or a magic trick, depending on your expectations.
