A small bistro near Place de la Canourgue where the menu flips every couple of months except for the bibimbap, which has clearly earned its permanent residency. The chef works a French-Korean line with Japanese detours, chasing umami in ways the name promises and the chawanmushi delivers. Minimalist room, fresh produce, and the kind of focused cooking that makes reservations non-negotiable rather than just advisable.
