The view over the Vieux Port and Notre-Dame de la Garde does a lot of the work before the food even arrives, but the food arrives ready to argue. This Michelin-starred fine dining room belongs to chef Ludovic Turac, whose menus read like a personal map: Marseille at the center, with detours through the Mediterranean and his Armenian roots folded into the spicing. The wine list leans Corsican and Provençal, and someone will actually explain it to you.
