Urban Hill is an upscale, globally inspired restaurant anchored in Utah-sourced produce, meat, and dairy, with a kitchen that takes both seriously. The chef earned a 2026 James Beard nomination for Best Chef: Mountain, and Wine Enthusiast named it a Forward 50 restaurant in 2024. The room reads like somewhere you'd actually dress for.
