    The fine dining room occupies the oldest corner of the family inn, where the village butcher's shop once operated. Eight generations deep, the team turns local Swabian ingredients into a seasonal tasting menu of five or seven courses, with a vegetarian path through as well. The sommelier running the floor also built the wine list, which keeps pace with each course. A Michelin star.
