The sisters behind the beloved Veracruz All Natural truck empire opened this taco shop and bar in Mueller, keeping the signature blue color on the walls and the blue corn tortillas coming fresh off the press. The menu stays in its lane, tacos and antojitos plus a few bigger plates, and the house cocktails lean agave. A Michelin Bib Gourmand, which tracks: the food is unfussy and the check won't sting.
