    A small house in Sillery converted into a communal table d'hôte, where everyone sits together whether they planned on it or not. The kitchen pairs one chef's deep roots in traditional Mexican cooking with another's French instinct for jus and sauces, and the result lands somewhere genuinely its own. Organic Quebec produce, Mexican condiment logic, European technique: the menu shifts monthly to follow the seasons rather than the other way around.
