This is a fine dining room operating at a rarefied level, with Michelin and Forbes Five Star credentials to show for it. The kitchen works from a classical base with sweeping global influences, and the pacing is deliberately unhurried, three hours of veteran service, a water list, and an ornate tea and coffee ritual that arrives like its own course.
