The open fireplace at the center of the room does a lot of heavy lifting in winter, and it earns it. This is a polished, full-service restaurant inside a grand old banker's villa set in its own park, with classic cooking that leans international and a menu served à la carte. Three oyster varieties are always on, and the summer terrace is reason enough to time a visit. Titian's Bar handles the digestif portion of the evening.
