    The Pacific sits four kilometres west of this hillside vineyard, close enough that the fog rolls in and keeps things cool, which is exactly what the Sauvignon Blanc wants. Marín and her sons farm around 50 hectares in Lo Abarca's San Antonio Valley, and the family's bed and breakfast, Villa Miramar, sits high enough in the vines that the views do most of the talking.
