A concrete Brutalist tower one block from Paseo de la Reforma, Volga is a design hotel that earns its Michelin Key through sheer aesthetic commitment. Contemporary art fills every corner, and the architecture doesn't quietly step aside for it; the two argue pleasantly. Rooms are subtly luxe, spa treatments come to you, and a small rooftop pool sits on top of it all. The on-site restaurant is a Mediterranean concept from a Japanese-Mexican group, which is very Mexico City.
