A tasting menu restaurant inside the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel complex, Voro holds two Michelin stars and takes its name from the Latin for "to devour," which does set a certain expectation. High ceilings, a single menu, and a chef whose cooking moves between his Andalusian hometown, the island, and the broader Mediterranean, structured loosely around the arc of a day's sunlight, from dawn through to sunset.
