Wally's is the Los Angeles wine-shop-turned-restaurant that crossed the desert and blended right in, which says something about both places. Brunch is a sit-down affair with avocado toast, candied bacon on brioche, and steak and eggs, plus a Reuben and thin oblong pizzas for the lunch-minded. Eater put it on its Las Vegas brunch list, and the cellar is deep enough that your server will simply pick the bottle for you.
