From the outside it reads as a plain warehouse in Phoenix's industrial district, which is exactly the point. Inside, Walter Where?House is an EDM venue built around giant art cars styled after Volkswagen vehicles, a laser-drenched stage called Kalliope, and a rotating gallery of local art. The whole thing traces back to Burning Man culture, so flow objects and eccentric outfits are less a dress code suggestion and more a natural outcome.
